Native Rising is a Native-led nonprofit dedicated to strengthening Native and Indigenous voices through education, engagement, and culturally grounded services. We exist to ensure Native and Indigenous communities are supported, informed, and meaningfully engaged in the decisions that shape our lives, our futures, and our collective well-being.
We are a community-driven organization committed to educating Native and Indigenous people to navigate decisions that impact Tribal and urban Native populations. Rooted in Indigenous values passed down through us from our ancestors to the next seven generations, we provide direct education, culturally responsive support, and community-centered services that foster resilience, self-determination, and thriving communities. We define success on our own terms, measuring our work through reciprocity and a commitment to collective well-being, ensuring Native leadership drives the change we need.

We envision a future where our people have the power to define success on our own terms, rooted in our values, traditional knowledge, and ways of being. Guided by the wisdom of our ancestors, Native Rising fosters shared resources, cultural continuity, and direct support so that our communities remain visible, empowered, and thriving for seven generations and beyond.

Why It Matters
For generations, Native communities have carried knowledge, resilience, and leadership. Yet too often, our voices have been excluded from decision-making spaces.
Native Rising exists to change that.
